One of it division, Operation & Maintenance are proudly to invite the high caliber professional in mining business to joint with our solid and dynamic team to support our client operations in Jambi, for the following positions bellow.

MINE SITE MANAGERS (MSM 01)

Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 – 7 years of experiences in mining operations.
2. Bachelor degree in mining engineering
3. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
4. Computer literate and Excellent skills with MS Office applications
5. Willing to be located in company project sites in Jambi
6. Excellent communication skills, teamwork oriented and having leadership characteristics.
7. Strong negotiation skills
8. Strong account management, planning, organization and execution skills
9. Demonstrated ability to analyze production and operational strategies
10. Experience with DEPNAKER regulation of employments and tax application
11. Valid Licensed of POM ( Pengawas Operasi Madya )
12. Have an experience in mineral or quarry processing plat will be an advantages
13. Self motivated person and able to work without close supervisions and under pressured conditions
Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate and analyze project performance data related to productivity, cost & safety utilizing PT Reksa Mahadaya Engineering standard systems
2. Contribute to the development of the short term detailed mine execution plans to integrate with the mining operations & maintenance
3. Monitor and coordinate both operation & maintenance of mine activities to ensure efficient production of engineering plans to meet contract program requirements (KPI)
4. Identify engineering problems, propose solutions and expedite actions regarding the client agreement where necessary
5. Work in conjunction with customer team to analyze operation parameter and result
6. Coaching and mentoring of foreman, operator and planner.
7. Minimize exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages

SHIFT FOREMAN SCREEN & CRUSHER (FRM 02)

Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 – 7 years of experiences in supervising the screen and crushing operation including the operation of the material handling units.
2. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
3. Computer literate and Excellent skills with MS Office applications
4. Willing to be located in company project sites in Jambi
5. Excellent communication skills, teamwork oriented and having leadership characteristics.
6. Demonstrated ability to analyze production and operational strategies
7. Valid Licensed of POP ( Pengawas Operasi Pertama ) and valid
8. Have an experience in mineral or quarry processing plat will be an advantages
9. Have a licensed of excavator and loader will be an advantages
10. Have a knowledge in mechanical and electrical field
LOADER, EXCAVATOR AND LOKOTRACK OPERATOR ( OPR 03 )
1. Minimum 2 years of experiences in handling the equipment
2. Willing to be located in company project sites in Jambi
3. Holding a valid license of Loader operation
4. Holding a valid license of Excavator operation
5. Holding a valid license of Lokotrack operation
6. Have an experience in mineral or quarry processing plat will be an advantages
7. Excellent communication skills, teamwork oriented and having leadership characteristics.
ACCOUNTING & ADMINISTRATION ( ACCT 04 )
1. Minimum 3 years of experiences in handling the accounting & adminisration system
2. Willing to be located in company project sites in Jambi
3. Have an experience in handling a general ledger/journal, petty cash & bank vouchers
4. Excellent communication skills, teamwork oriented and having leadership characteristics.
5. Computer literate and Excellent skills with MS Office applications
6. Understandings of tax application knowledge & payroll system will be an advantages

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE PLANNER ( PLAN 05 )
Requirements
1. Minimum 4 years of experiences in handling the operation & maintenance planning system
2. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
3. Computer literate and Excellent skills with MS Office applications
4. Willing to be located in company project sites in Jambi
5. Excellent communication skills, teamwork oriented and having leadership characteristics.
6. Have a clear understanding of computerized maintenance management systems, preference to SAP/R3 but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
1. Develop the maintenance plans, task lists and procedures, implement procedures for procedure reviews every 1 years
2. Development of SOP for operation & maintenance activity
3. Review and develop as necessary the maintenance reference documentation relation to equipment type, its critically and equipment maintainability
4. Review PM spare parts are correct as assigned to planned maintenance task lists
5. Establish technical library and create directories for proper management of technical information including maintaining latest updates (latest version) of equipments manual for maintenance including all Electrical and Control System single line drawings.
6. Undertake internal and external audits of both sites and contractors to review their effectiveness with recommendations
7. Identify opportunities to continuously develop and improve current maintenance practices by maximizing maintenance effectiveness and minimizing facility downtime with priority to safe operation
8. Liaise with Mine site manager on planning and reporting of day to day Operations and Maintenance activity
9. Coaching and mentoring of administration, and assistant planer
ASSITANCE PLANNER ( PLAN 06 )
1. Minimum 2 years of experiences in handling the operation & maintenance planning system
2. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
3. Computer literate and Excellent skills with MS Office applications
4. Willing to be located in company project sites in Jambi

CRUSHER, VIBRATING SCREEN & CONVEYORS MECHANIC, ELECTRICIAN & GENSET ENGINE TECHNICIAN
1. Minimum 2 years of experiences in handling the mining ( screen, crusher, and track ) & hydraulics equipments
2. Minimum technical school graduate
3. Having a PLC knowledge (electrician )
4. Having a journeyman/millwright certificate ( mechanic )
5. Having an experience with maintenance and overhauling of diesel genset
6. Understand the PM concept and familiar with it
7. Willing to be located in company project sites in Jambi
